Originally from the mountains of North Carolina, Angela’s parents relocated the family to Lynchburg in 1989. Angela was very close with her mother and was proud of her courage in fighting breast cancer for fifteen years until her death in 2002. Angela is married and is a Therapeutic Foster Parent. She and her husband are in the final stages of adopting two teenagers. She enjoys a variety of sports, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and her furry, four legged babies. Angela strongly believes that “to the world you may be one person; but to one person, you may be the world.” With the example set by her mother, she believes in never giving up on anyone, anything, or yourself. |
